- Warranty Limitations: Repair services provided by Interstellar Repair may void the manufacturer’s original warranty on your device. Please consult your warranty terms before proceeding with repairs. We offer our own warranty on the services we perform, covering specific issues directly related to the repair.
- Non-Liability for Further Damage: While we take every precaution to ensure a successful repair, Interstellar Repair is not liable for any additional or unforeseen damage that may occur during the repair process due to pre-existing issues with the device. Any further repairs required due to such issues will be quoted separately.
- Data Loss: We recommend that you back up your data before bringing in your console for repair. Interstellar Repair is not responsible for any data loss that may occur during the repair process.
- Refurbished/Third-Party Parts: For certain repairs, we may use refurbished or third-party components, especially for older or discontinued models. We guarantee that these parts are of high quality and fit for purpose, but we do not guarantee they will be identical to the original manufacturer’s parts.
